Sophoi is currently looking for highly motivated instructors to provide the following capabilities:
Job Duties
Design, develop, and deliver iPLS training to all Sophoi consultants, customers and partners.
Develop a comprehensive training curriculum
Presents training sessions in a classroom format
Develops a web-based training program
Determines course of training per employee and client needs
Maintains records of training activities and consultant progress.
Monitors training programs’effectiveness.
Background:
Software training background
Experience in entertainment industry; intellectual property rights a plus
Superb presentation skills with a strong grasp of adult learning principles and methodology
Understanding of the Instructional Systems Design Model
Strong aptitude and desire to learn the iPLS application
ERP experience a plus
Bachelors degree from four year University
