Job Post: Customer Care Training Analyst

I am currently working for Hotwire.com, and I we have an opening. The offices are located in downtown San Francisco.

I'd love the opportunity to work some of you guys, and I'm excited about the opportunity to share the position with other extremely well qualified individuals. No relocation is required, and rates are very competitive. The scale of the projects that you will beworking on are going to be large (+ 200) and international inscope.

Consider it an impressive addition to your portfolio. This is for a full time position. It is primarily development (writing) and analysis of data for Call Centers. You will be developing Curriculum and working with an outsourcer who is 100% ILT. We are in the process of transitioning to eLearning. So this position is growing, and will involve development and analysis.

The position of Customer Care Training Analyst requires a customer and business focused and flexible individual, possessing the ability to balance independence and
individual contribution, with a strong team orientation while collaborating with a wide variety of individuals across and outside of the organization. As part of the Customer Care team, they will make an effective contribution to ongoing business information analysis, trend analysis, and business metrics analysis, along with the design of content to support new business initiatives. The position involves working with the Hotwire Customer Care team, based in San Francisco, and outsourced Customer Call Centers, based in the US and Internationally.
